 These Hobby Hints ran in DC Comics during the mid to late 60s, drawn by Henry Bolthoff. This simple idea of compartments of a plastic ice cube tray is one of my favorites, as I did the same thing with my electronic parts while working on Heathkit electric parts.  I could have submitted this one myself! From April 1966.
